Hello,
I have GPs for WSUS applied to OUs and I filter them by security group.
I've noticed that gpresult, when run on a laptop in a security group,
doesn't correctly list all of the security groups that that laptop is a
member of.
I know the mavhine is in that security group in AD, the machine has been
rebooted several times, and the machine has the proper WSUS policy applied to
it (which can only be applied to members of the security group in the OU the
the WSUS GP is applied to). SO the machine MUST be in the security group but
I dont understand why gpresult isnt picking it up.
How am I to know if other machines I have assigned to this security group
truly are in said group if gpreult doesnt show it?
Thanks
