Hi all. I need help deleting a GPO in Server 2003. From
the management console, when I right-click on the GPO in
question and select delete it reads "Do you want to
delete this link? This will not delete the GPO itself."
I looked through "help" and it told me to go to the group
policy tab on the domain, but it's not there. If I go
through Sites and Services I can find a "group policy
tab" but it tells me that it's not longer in use because
I've installed the Group Policy Management snap-in. Can
anyone help to simply delete a gpo? Thanks in advance,
Precision.

Hi there,

Go down to the Group Policy Objects folder in the tree, that's where you can
delete them permanently.

Thanks, that worked perfectly. Think you can help on the
questions above this one?
