Does anybody know where the windows taskbar is controlled in the group
policy.

I have a tablet PC that has windows XP tablet PC edition. On the taskbar
there is a button that launches a virtual keyboard. My group policy
simulates a kiosk where the taskbar is locked but I need to unlock it so
that the virtual keyboard appears. Any ideas where that is in group policy?

Thanks,
Jasper
