Hi All,

I would like to know how can I setup with Office GPO, a setting to archive
the sent items to 6 month (to an archive .pst) and delete the deleted items
to 2 week?

I am assuming that you are not running an Exchange Server if you are using
PST files so I will go from there.

You can install Office ADMX files to manage your Office infrastructure.
These are for Office 2003:

I am not sure as to the level and granularity of the archiving options, but
there is something there.

If you are on Exchange you can get far more granular than what GPO will do.
