2003 Server with SP2 in Terminal Services application mode. Server would boot
last week with an error regarding "csr.dll" not loading. Removed that entry
from the startup and the server boots fine now. However, multiple problems
since then, which most (or all) seem to stem from group policies not applying
anymore. Doing a "gpupdate /force" shows no events in the event log. No
errors, nothing. Running "gpresult" and I get this...

I'd start with tracking down what the crs.dll is for and how you can
restore it - the error may be the reason of the problems you get... is
DNS working on the machine? What error messages are logged in a client's
event log?

cheers,

Florian
