2003 Server with SP2 in Terminal Services application mode. Server would boot
last week with an error regarding "csr.dll" not loading. Removed that entry
from the startup and the server boots fine now. However, multiple problems
since then, which most (or all) seem to stem from group policies not applying
anymore. Doing a "gpupdate /force" shows no events in the event log. No
errors, nothing. Running "gpresult" and I get this...

Trying to run RSoP.msc I get the following error...
"The RSoP snap-in was unable to generate teh RSoP data due to the error
listed below."
Details:
They system cannot find the patch specified.
