Hello,

searching the internet on this error, didn't resolve in a solution, so
I hope anyone can assist me with this.

I have log settings to debug for userenv like so:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion
\Winlogon
"UserEnvDebugLevel"= 00010002

It used to work fine with logging on

In this part it stops for ~30 seconds, so i think that is causing the
issue, left the rest out to not have the message too long.

Update: Partially solved. Same error in log, strange thing is that it
happens only 50% of the time logging on to that machine from different
clients.
So all help still welcome.
